Conditions of Sale
Seller of products CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services, owner Marinela Ferlin, Giosue Carduccija 12, 52210 Rovinj allows online purchases of the entire range of products on their webshop. Customer is every person that electronically orders at least one product, fills in the requested information and sends the order. All prices are in kuna (HRK), VAT included.
Products are ordered electronically. For the order to be complete following steps are required:
- selected product is stored in the shopping cart by clicking on the “Cart” button
- after selecting the products, click on "webshop" to view the order
- enter all data
- select the payment method
- confirm the order
Confirmation e-mail that the order was received by CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services, will be sent to the e-mail address You provided during registration. If You do not receive this e-mail, please check if the items are in Your Cart after login. In case they are not in Your Cart please e-mail us at email@example.com. CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services, is committed to delivering all ordered products which are on stock at the time of the order.
All prices are shown Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (HRK), VAT included. The buyer agrees to pay for the ordered products by one of the following methods of payment: • cash

- credit card
- COD (Cash On Delivery)
Package: up to 2kg - 20,00 HRK
From 2 - 5kg - 25,00 HRK
From 5 - 10kg - 28,00 HRK
ComplaintsIn case of a complaint, please contact us within two business days of receipt of the shipment. In case of product return the buyer is required to make a justified complaint via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services, owner Marinela Ferlin, Giosue Carduccija 12, 52210 Rovinj.In case of a justified complaint, the buyer is entitled to replacement for correct and undamaged product.CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services will accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products. We do not issue refunds, only product replacements. The Buyer is the bearer of the cost of returning the products to the address CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services, owner Marinela Ferlin, Giosue Carduccija 12, 52210 Rovinj.
Complaints are justified in the following cases:
- delivered products are not the products they ordered,
- delivered products are damaged or with visible defects.
It depends on the buyer whether the product will be checked on receiving. In case of a complaint, damage during delivery, data transfer errors or any other problems, please contact us within two business days of receipt of the shipment. The buyer is required to make a claim to CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services via e-mail or in writing.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (unless the reason for the complaint is damaged product) with the original invoice received with delivered products. Otherwise, complaint will NOT be accepted. Product replacement is possible within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, if the replacement product is available.In case of any change of personal data (for example place of residence, delivery address) which are registered during registration, the buyer is required to inform CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services. In the event of any unreported changes, CLAVIS BENČIĆ, sole trade for promotion and services, will not be liable for any deficiency regarding the order or product delivery.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
